Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale with labels still attached will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging and labels. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a note with the goods containing the following details:

1) Name and Contact details (Telephone number is preferable - but email will suffice).
2) Order Number
3) Reason for Return (Unwanted, Exchange for other size, coluor etc).

Whilst we endeavour to process you return as soon as possible - please allow 1 - 3 working days for us to process the return.
It may take 3 - 4 working days for any refunds to show in your account - this is a banking process and outside our control.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013 , the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 14 days.

In the event of parcels being returned to JayJays due to failure to pay import duties/fees or refusal of delivery, the customer shall be responsible for any further fees/charges incurred.

The FORINGI from ODIN® is a full adaptable chest-mounted modular commanders pouch designed to fit not only the UK's Virtis plate carrier but all types of MOLLE systems by its unique rear movable MOLLE webbing straps.

Manufactured to the highest standards here in the UK the FORINGI is a low profile, fully mission adaptable panel, its internal low profile with its removable dual-sided all-weather gridded mission-specific slate cards and the new low light photoluminescent panel.

The Gen 5 ODIN® commanders’ panel – with adjustable MOLLE straps allowing the panel to fit both normal and Virtus plate carries (Designed to take 5 rows across the front of the Virtus Plate Carrier so no offsetting).

We have inverted the pen holders from vertical to horizontal to allow a lower, less bulky panel and to save space by reducing the profile while adding a single hand opening front zippered opening pocket so no need to open the entire pouch for immediately needed crib and slate cards.

The ODIN® enhanced adaptable commanders’ panel 5.0 version is designed for the commander/FS Commander/MFC /JTAC’s. With a hook attachment flat panel for the attachment of various slate cards (including standard slate card & night ops slate card option.

Manufactured in genuine MultiCam® 500D Cordura, offering the same abrasion resistance as its heavier brother but with half the weight.

Inside & out is edged in genuine Multicam® binding, with MultiCam® Velcro® Loop IFF Panel on the front and spaced MultiCam® webbing for MOLLE attachment.

Burst-proof MultiCam® zippers with paracord pull tabs.
