How it works
- - Simply place your order on our website jay-jays.com
- - Select IBS Brecon as your preferred collection location.
- - Once your order is completed, we will send you an order confirmation text notification followed by a text notification when your order is ready for collection, this will have your locker number and 1 time unlock code.
*Please use your mobile phone as your contact number, sometimes email notifications can go into your spam folder, so you will not see your order updates.
Delivery times
- - JayJays® will deliver 7 days a week on or around 17.00 each day.
- - We will delivery on general bank holidays, but NOT over the Christmas period and during IBS block leave.
- - Order before 15.00 each day for same day delivery. Orders after 15.00 will be delivered the following day. PLEASE IGNORE THE 1 DAY DELAY MESSAGE at checkout. We are unable to change this text - orders made before 15:00 WILL be delivered on the same day.
Locker location
- - The lockers are located just above the guardroom, go through the main gate, first right and the first building on your left. This is the same location as the old PRI Shop.
Other Information
- - We are quite limited on locker numbers and the physical quantity of lockers that we can fit into the designated area. Therefore, please collect your goods within 48 hours of drop off. If the goods remain in the locker after this time, we will return your goods to our store on the Ffrwdgrech Industrial Estate for you to collect or arrange a refund.
- - GDPR applies and we do not share your information with 3rd parties, except where we are contractually and legally obliged to do so.
