With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale with labels still attached will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging and labels. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a note with the goods containing the following details:

1) Name and Contact details (Telephone number is preferable - but email will suffice).
2) Order Number
3) Reason for Return (Unwanted, Exchange for other size, coluor etc).

Whilst we endeavour to process you return as soon as possible - please allow 1 - 3 working days for us to process the return.
It may take 3 - 4 working days for any refunds to show in your account - this is a banking process and outside our control.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013 , the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 14 days.

In the event of parcels being returned to JayJays due to failure to pay import duties/fees or refusal of delivery, the customer shall be responsible for any further fees/charges incurred.

Scout 3XTH is a lightweight and all-round headlamp designed for everyday outdoor adventures. It has a red-light mode for preserved night vision, a battery lever indicator, and more powerful light output of 350 lumen in comparison to the Scout 3X. Scout 3XTH features Hybrid technology which means that the battery compartment is compatible with both the included rechargeable Silva hybrid battery (1.25 Ah/4.6 Wh) and standard 3xAAA batteries.

Scout 3XTH features Silva Intelligent Light® which is a unique combination of a long reach spotlight and a close flood light. This customization of the light results in less head movement and a clear view of near as well as far obstacles, and you gain the balance and confidence it takes to move fast and perform better.

Easy To Use

This is an easy-to-use headlamp; the large on/off button makes it easy to operate the headlamp even when wearing gloves and the battery level indicator informs about the remaining charge level when turned off. Furthermore, Scout 3XTH is water resistant according to IPX5 standard. The low weight of the headlamp and the wide anti-slip headband ensure a comfortable fit even during long usage.
